The NWT Branch invites PIPSC members to attend its AGM.

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes of the 2018 AGM
3. Presentation of the Financial Statement and Budget
4. President’s Report
5. Election
6. New Business, including the approval of the NWT Branch Bylaws
7. Dinner will be served.
If you wish to attend the branch AGM, please RSVP by Tuesday, January 25, 2023, to Nazim Awan at awannazim@yahoo.ca. Please state if you have any dietary restrictions in your rsvp.
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
There will be an election for all positions on the executive at the AGM. If you would like to nominate yourself or another branch member for a position on the executive, please email Samah Henein at samah@pipsc.ca
Nominations will also be taken on the floor of the AGM.
The following positions are up for election:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Members at Large
Your active participation is much appreciated so that together we can plan and organize future activities for the NWT Branch.
