Attendance: Gary Desbiens, Cindy Gagnon, Dan St. Aubin, Jennifer van de Ven, Jess Whidden, Dan Guthrie, Troy Saunders-Cartier, Robert Hammer and Janet Roloson

Minutes:

1. Meeting called to order at 1800 hrs by Gary Desbiens (President)

2. Reviewed finances.
   • Discussed items to be handed out at events (e.g., lunch bags, notebooks).
   • Financials are within budget.

3. Consideration of next event for PIPSC members and Steward appreciation.
   • Steward appreciation event will be on November 13, 2024 at Splitsville at 1730 hrs; getting 4 lanes for 2 hours of bowling; all in favour; 20 Stewards.

4. Christmas dinner for next executive meeting will be at the River Mill restaurant on November 26, 2024, at 1800 hrs for 10 people.

5. Member event will be either in January or February 2025.
   • All agreed on Saturday February 22^nd, 2025, at 1600 hrs.

6. Next AGM is Thursday May 15, 2025, 1730 hrs.
   • Options include a cruise out of Brockville or Italo-Canadian Club.
   • Jennifer (Secretary) to find out how many members are in each location with Heather Kohli.
   • The President of PIPSC will be invited to attend.

7. Next Executive meeting is Tuesday November 26, 2024, at 1800 at the River Mill restaurant.
