To attend this meeting you must give a $20 deposit to any member of the executive on or before February 13^th.  The deposit will be fully refunded the night of the AGM.  Please indicate main course dinner choice steak, chicken or vegetarian and if you have any further dietary restrictions.

Please forward nominations to the election team, as always nominations will also be taken from the floor.
