The National Capital Regional Council shall be the supreme governing body of the National Capital Region.
The council is where changes to bylaws and resolutions for the NCR can be submitted and voted on. If you wish to submit a resolution to be presented at the NCR Council, please forward submissions to: Chair of Bylaws (smclaren@pipsc.ca).
The deadline for submission is March 13, 2026.
