On behalf of the Executive of the PIPSC NCR Branch of Global Affairs Canada (formerly DFATD), I invite you to attend and participate in the 2017 annual general meeting.
The meeting will be held at the Chateau Laurier in the Renaissance Room, first floor, December 14 at 12:00 until 13:00. All members of the GAC Branch are cordially invited to attend and participate in this most important event of the year for us.
Invitations have been sent to the National Executives of the CS and CO Groups that will be present to provide briefings on Bargaining and Classification updates. I strongly urge you to attend.
Please have your questions ready. If you cannot, then you are most welcome to email them to me.
Seating is limited to first 60 replies.
In order for your sitting Executive to determine the numbers for lunch, please RSVP to shirleygillette@yahoo.ca by December 11 by the end of business day at the latest as we will have to arrange for catering.
Please also advise if you have special dietary requirements or allergies. I will gather the info and send it to the Chateau Laurier.
