Nominations and Elections:
Call for nominations for the positions of Vice-President (2 years), Treasurer (1 year), Secretary (2 years), 3 Members-at-large (2 years) and 2 Members-at-large (1 year).
Election
Motion to destroy the ballots.

The minutes from the 2022 AGM and the financial statements will be posted on PIPSC website, please review them prior to the meeting.
Cost:
No cost for Okanagan Branch members to attend the AGM, however dinner seating is limited to 35. Please e-mail Jose Jimenez, Branch President, at jjimenez@pipsc.ca by Friday, September 15, 2023, to confirm your attendance. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your dinner seat.
A member’s spouse/partner is also welcomed to attend the AGM dinner at a cost of $15 each, if there are any dinner seats available. Please e-mail Jose Jimenez only after September 15, 2023, to have your spouse/partner’s name put on the “Waiting List”. An e-mail will be sent if a dinner seat is confirmed.
Reasons to attend:
Meet other professionals working in the Okanagan Region. Participate in the business of the Okanagan Branch. Get updates from PIPSC Vice-President and Regional Director as to upcoming issues affecting PIPSC members. Door prizes for members.
Current Branch Executive:
Jose Jimenez, President; April Ingraham, Vice-President; Zoran Ljusic, Secretary; Xiaotang Yang, Treasurer; and Members-at-large: Philip Mantler, Witold Wince, Chandra Moffat, and Henry Zhang Heng.
As there will be an election for Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five Members-at-large, please submit all nominations to Jose Jimenez, Branch President at jjimenez@pipsc.ca by Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
