   • No members of the previous executive were present at the meeting

   • Adoption of the 2019 AGM minutes was tabled during the 2021 AGM, therefore both minutes needed to be adopted

   • The branch was mostly inactive for 2022 and 2023, therefore there was no new business that arose from minutes

   • BC/Y Regional Executive Director Morgan Cranny thanked everyone for coming, spoke about the 2023 PIPSC national AGM, and encouraged the membership to become stewards and attend union training.
   • BC/Y Regional Executive Dean Corda thanked everyone for coming and spoke about his experience as a steward for two decades, and encouraged the membership to become stewards and connect with your local steward
