The Halifax DND Branch will be holding its AGM (Annual General Meeting) at 5:00 PM on October 28st in the new Lion's Head Tavern.
The AGM is ordinarily open to all members. Under current conditions, the maximum capacity of the venue is 30 people. Depending on conditions at the time, that number may change.
All positions on the Executive will be up for election at that time. Positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 7 members at large. Individuals may be nominated for these ahead of time or at the AGM.
A meal and door prizes will be provided.
