-Bill 124 update- hospital has offered dates to discuss, no set dates -CA negotiations will be looking at 4-6% annual raises and improved benefits -LMC has set terms of reference that will be posted once the next meeting occurs - OT will only be paid once you have worked either 7.5 hours in a day or on scheduled off days if you have worked 37.5 hours in the week. |

Hand hygiene audits complete Needle stick injuries are a concern- should use lancets to avoid Per CA- we must have a member attend JHSC meetings- management to provide coverage for attendance. |

Vance Coluas- Bargaining Update
|
-NHS would like to meet in January for Bill 124 reopener- Vance to follow up with NHS on outstanding issues with proposal to move along faster. -WFCC Rad group has served notice to CA negotiations- but cannot commence until 2 months post Bill 124 closed. - Referencing Windsor’s RT group settlement and what we will strive for -Will review survey results as a guideline for our groups main focus |
