It is my pleasure to invite you to the 11th AGM of the PIPSC SP Midland-Queen Sub-Group.
When: Wednesday, April 3, 2019, 4:30-5:30 pm
Where: Room 160, 2301 Midland Ave
Who: All BI, CH, PC, and SG-SRE classified Health Canada or PHAC employees working out of 180 Queen St W or 2301 Midland Ave
All meeting attendees are welcome to join us for dinner afterwards at Queen Victoria's Pub (2240 Midland Ave). Dinner or compensation thereof will not be available for teleconference participants -- join us in person if you are able!

Elections will be held for the following positions (two year terms): Treasurer, Secretary, Member-at-Large (one position).
A teleconference will be available for members who cannot attend in person. Details to follow.
Resolutions may be submitted in writing in advance of the meeting to soneill@pipsc.ca. They will also be accepted on the floor of the AGM. For information on how to write a resolution, see the PIPSC Pocket Guide "Write that Resolution!".
