The Elections Committee advises that nominations may be presented before the AGM (in writing and delivered to Jay Fothergill, Elections Committee Chair) or may be made from the floor during the AGM itself. The positions available include
● President - 2 year term
● Treasurer - 2 year term
● 3 Members at Large - 2 year terms
● Vice President - 1 year term
● Secretary - 1 year term
● 3 members at large - 1 year terms

The AGM is your forum to provide direction to your Executive. Discussions about the Sub-Group's concerns and business will take place. The AGM is an opportunity for members (patent examiners) to meet, exchange views with elected representatives, and be briefed on union matters in general.
It is important to note that no time off of production may be taken for this meeting.
