The 50 Victoria St. SP Sub-Group 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and elections will be held on Monday, November 18th, 2019. The event will take place from 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m. at Place du Portage Phase I, room 24D. A lunch will be served.
The food items will not contain any nuts, although we cannot guarantee that it is 100% nut free as some ingredients can contain traces of nuts.
Elections
The Elections Committee advises that nominations may be presented before the AGM (in writing and delivered to Jay Fothergill, Elections Committee Chair) or may be made from the floor during the AGM itself. The positions available include 2 year terms for President, Vice President Treasurer and 4 Members-at-large.

The AGM is your forum to provide direction to your Executive. Discussions about the Sub-Group's concerns and business will take place. The AGM is an opportunity for members (patent examiners) to meet, exchange views with elected representatives, and be briefed on union matters in general.
