Notice and Call for Delegates
The 2020 SP Annual General Meeting (AGM), your forum to provide direction to your Executive, will be held in Toronto on Saturday, April 4th, 2020 at the Westin Harbour Castle, 1 Harbour Square, Toronto. In accordance with the group constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the AGM. The Executive shall determine the selection of delegates.
One delegate shall be chosen for each 200 Regular and Retired Members by geographic region (SP bylaw 8.1.4). The delegate breakdown for the 2020 AGM is given below.

Application DEADLINE: If you are interested in attending the AGM as a delegate, please fill in the Online Registration Form before February 15th, 2020, 4:00 p.m. (Ottawa time).
