Review of previous minutes

* Went to bobby Peceronios for meet & greet discussion - Cindy waiting on info

* Next SH AGM legion on Montreal St in April 22 - Gary to book

* Review of 2025 Budget

* need to spend $ - get pen lights from Gary’s guy with SH logo ?100

* Exec sweaters/coats - Gary to contact PIPSC, Anya to talk to Shopify

* No to water bottles for now

* Retractable lanyards $10/10 with logo

* Glass breaker/seatbelt cutter (Anya), charcuterie boards

* Cellphone Holder -3D printer - Cindy’s son will print for us and make prototype

* Carabeaners (Jen)

* Combined Christmas party with Kingston Branch - Nov23 for gifts purchased

* Children/parents we have 80 ppl- volunteers

* Torino’s pizza $10(Jen) and email the group, Anya veggies and fruit trays

* Leasha has raffle tickets

* Meet and Greet with DND (Heather)- coffee & donuts- 40 members - on hold until the new year

* SH sub group Member event Feb- focus on the SH members appreciation

* ? Pedalworks cafe (Cindy), st Lawrence college for mini pampering (Jess), paint night (Troy)

* Suggestions to Gary in two weeks

* Discussion of national SH AGM - June - will submit names
