Executive Meeting # 2– SH Subgroup Charlottetown
Held on August 27, 2024, 12pm-12:30pm VIA MS Teams
Present: Leah Munro, Meghan Macdonald, Jennifer Bulman, Becky Tozer Fergusson, Sherry Maclean and Pam Cordon

- Subgroup Activity: Red Shores Social Night Planned for Thursday September 19, 2024 from 6pm-9pm. Notice has been posted on the PIPSC website. One race dedicated to Charlottetown SH subgroup. Specifics are still being worked out. RSVP’s are being collected by Leah for Sept 5th
- Dates for AGM in October – First need to confirm guest speaker, then we will arrange a venue. Points discussed: Total member count is 120. Will find out pricing for ballpark numbers of attendees once guest and date is confirmed. Location options discussed were Delta or Charlottetown Hotel. Translation may be required.
- Steward Training – If anyone is interested in becoming a Steward, there is training coming up. Becky asked if Steward training expires. Leah will look into this.

Verify if simultaneous translation is required at who’s expense for AGM: Leah
Contact and book guest speaker for AGM: Leah
Swag costs/availability: Meghan and Sherry
Inquire if Steward training expires: Leah
RSVPs: Leah is the RSVP for the Social in September and Pam will handle the RSVPs for the AGM when we get that organized. Red Shores only requires one week notice to order food for the social, RSVPS will be in by then.
AGM Venue: Jen will check into pricing and location when we have some possible dates for the AGM
