Members of the Bargaining Team for the SH Group met in Ottawa on May 11 to May 12, and again June 8 to June 10, 2022 for preparatory meetings for the upcoming round of bargaining.
The SH Bargaining Team reviewed:
- member feedback received to date from virtual focus groups, subject matter experts, and sub-group presidents;
- survey results by classifications and by departments;
- historic proposals from previous rounds of bargaining;
- proposals from other PIPSC groups and other unions currently at the bargaining table.
Additional Bargaining Team meetings are planned virtually for June 21 and 28th and in person in August for ongoing preparation.
