NR Ville de Québec Sub-Group- AGM- November 30, 2023

NOTICE OF MEETING – 2023 AGM OF THE NR VILLE DE QUÉBEC SUB-GROUP

Hello Everyone,

We are inviting engineers, architects and surveyors who are members of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) in Québec City to attend the eighth annual general meeting (AGM) of the NR ville de Québec Sub-Group (NR VQ SG).

The meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. on November 30, 2023, at the Pacini Sainte-Foy,  999 Av. de Bourgogne, Québec, QC G1W 4S6. Meals and drinks will be provided free of charge.

During the AGM, we’ll have the chance to welcome members of the NR bargaining group, who will tell us about the progress they’ve made towards our new collective agreement. We will also be presenting the year in review and the ENG career development and progression plan at DRDC – Valcartier Research Centre. Door prizes will also be distributed. Your presence is crucial to the smooth running of our Sub-Group, which stems from PIPSC. What’s more, our attending members will also be able to vote and even run for office, since all positions will be up for re-election. This process takes place every two years.
