PIPSC NR Group 2021 AGM By-Laws Notice
The PIPSC eNgineering, aRchitecture and Land Survey (NR) Group will be holding its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 23rd, 2021 at the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel located in Gatineau, Quebec.
All PIPSC NR Group members may submit a proposed resolution for the PIPSC NR Group 2021 AGM. Please submit any proposed resolutions directly to Mr. Pierre G. Richard, PIPSC NR Group By-Laws Coordinator, at prichard@pipsc.ca, and a carbon copy to Ms. Lynda Noel, PIPSC Staff Member, at lnoel@pipsc.ca no later than 4 pm (Ottawa time) on Friday, September 10th, 2021. The NR Group Executive will consider any proposed resolution received, for submission by the NR Group to be included for the PIPSC NR Group 2021 AGM. Please take careful note that By-Law resolutions will not be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
