Implementation details for the NR Group collective agreement are available, along with more details on several issues surrounding the $2500 signing bonus.

The dates for implementing the salary parts of your collective agreement for those members not requiring manual intervention are available.

  1. The signing of the new collective agreement: March 8, 2024.
  2. New pay rates input into Phoenix: May 7, 2024
  3. As of May 7, 2024, your pay will be at the updated rate. Keep in mind that we are paid 2 weeks in arrears, so the first paycheck where the pay increase will be visible is the one that will be deposited on May 22, 2024.
  4. The $2,500 pensionable signing bonus will be deposited into the pay that you will receive on June 19, 2024.
  5. The mass retroactive pay will be deposited on June 19, 2024.
  6. Implementation deadline for manual processing: June 11, 2024 (460 days).
