Members of your negotiating team met at Îlot Balmoral on July 11, 12 and 13, 2023 to continue face-to-face negotiations with the employer.
During these meetings, proposals from both parties were reviewed and new clarification questions were asked.
We were able to make progress during this session by approving several administrative changes. We also began discussions on some of our other proposals, such as the posting process and promotion mechanisms. The monetary proposals, which include your salary increases, will be presented at a later date.
The next negotiation meetings are scheduled for September 26 to 28, 2023, and November 14 to 16, 2023.
