A tentative agreement was signed with the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission, completing this round of negotiations. We again thank all the members of the NB Legal Aid Group for their support in getting to a deal!
This agreement must now be ratified by the NB Legal Aid Group membership. An electronic vote will be held in order to ratify this agreement.

The voting will be open on July 28, 2022, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (AST).

A Yes vote means: You are accepting all of the changes proposed in the tentative agreement. Those changes will take place at the date of the signing (except as otherwise noted).
A No vote means: You reject the tentative agreement and instruct the Bargaining Team to take additional measures, up to and including job action or taking the necessary steps to be in a legal strike position.
