  • Action Item: President and another executive will have a meeting with West subgroup president to discuss some financial matters and the right steward image we want to convey in the workplace.

  • Action item: Translate and publish on the PIPSC website the decision from the Flex policy grievance. 
  • Action item for OSH: Floor plan for the new building downtown.

 

  • Reorg in IM: MS spoke to Claudio who said nobody’s job will change; but that is not completely accurate: about 40% of people’s job has changed.
  • Request more consultation on reorg. for people who are not happy.

 

  • Comp time carry forward: discussion

 

  • SVP Eng. Mark cooper from the UK, he’s working at Deloitte, previously Lockheed Martin.

 

  • Senior Management in IM saying that we have to watch our financial spending because of the challenges ahead. This statement does not really reflect the NAV CANADA quarterly report facts.
