The Bargaining Team participated in mediation/arbitration with the Employer on November 15, 2023, to resolve the outstanding issue of pay scales for our new classification system.   Arbitrator Brian Keller has ruled on the matter in the attached Award.  The following is the new single pay scale for all members of the bargaining unit effective November 1, 2023, which is inclusive of the May1, 2023 increase below and conditional that the general wage increases below be ratified.  Note the job mappings from the old system into the new do not necessarily have a direct mapping.   See attached samples.  The award is binding and will not be voted on by the members.

Therefore, it is prudent to wait for the employer to provide you your level and step in the new system when determining your target in the below grid.  See attached sample.  Important to note that no member is mapped to a lower pay scale.
