Dear IT Group members,
We would like to provide a brief update regarding recent changes to the composition of the IT Group Executive.
Recently, two vacancies arose on the Executive, Pierre Touchette and Giovanni Giolti have stepped down for personal reasons.
Thank you to both members for their service to the IT Group and for their contributions during their time on the Executive.
In accordance with the IT Group’s By-Laws, the remaining elected Executive met to ensure continuity of representation and operations. The following positions have been filled:
- Yvonne Snaddon, an existing Executive member, was elected to the position of Vice-President; and
- Two remaining Executive vacancies were filled with the elections of Denis Caissy and Jordan Loverock.
The IT Group Executive webpage has been updated to reflect the current composition.
Your engagement and interest in the governance of your union are appreciated. This message is intended to provide clarity and to ensure that members are informed of changes affecting their elected leadership.
