Halifax CS Subgroup
2020 Annual General Meeting
The Halifax CS Subgroup is having its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 22 starting at 6 pm. We will meet virtually this year in keeping with the PIPSC policy on in person meetings.
All CS members are cordially invited to attend. This is an important event for your Subgroup and an opportunity for you to meet your Executive.
Stan Buday, National CS President will be our guest speaker.
In order to attend, you must RSVP by 6:00 p.m. on October 15, by email to hrmcssubgroup@gmail.com. We will send the virtual meeting information to members who RSVP.

**Elections
There are no executive positions open this year. It is a Bylaw requirement we list this in our agenda each year.
**Bylaw Amendment Proposals
We wish to amend our Sub-Group Bylaws to use the current language President and Vice President rather than Chair and Vice-Chair. We also are proposing a clarification that retired members are affiliate members in accordance with the PIPSC Bylaws.
