Edmonton CS Sub-Group 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) - April 13, 2022
Date: Wednesday April 13th, 2022
Time: 5:15pm – 8:00pm. The AGM will start at 5:30pm sharp.
Location: Khazana Restaurant, 10177 107th Street, Edmonton
Seating Capacity: 30, no walk in, RSVP only, ticket will be required.
- Zoom access will be made available to those who do not attend in person.
- All attending will need to show proof of vaccination as per PIPSC policy, to the appointed executive on site.

Executive elections:
Elections will be held for positions on the subgroup executive. Nominations may be submitted in advance by email to the elections officer Stephen Estabrooks at Stephen.Estabrooks@ssc-spc.gc.ca. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
The positions up for election are as follows:
- Vice-president (two-year term)
- Treasurer (two-year term)
- Members at Large (one for one-year term, two for two-year term)
