1.0   Roll Call

Remi Parent opened the meeting at 5h45 p.m. 

 

2.0   Approval of the Agenda

Remi Parent asked if anyone had any additions to the agenda. No one added Contributions under new business.

 

3.0   Approval of the minutes from Previous Meeting

Previous minutes reviewed, no errors or omissions noted. Sylvie moved for approval of previous minutes.  Seconded by Mario, Carried.

        

4.0   Action Items

Planning for Navigar Session, February 13^th @ 5h30 Eastern Time, Comfort INN 1170 St. Peter AveBathurst

-        Food and beverages for event, door prizes

-        Request $XXX for small sub-group

 

 

5.0   Finance Review 

 

6.0   New Business

• Ordering of Hoodies with Northern Branch, one for each executive and extra for gifts. 
  • Hoodies are in Miramichi with Northern Branch
• Activity ideas for 2025 “Lunch & Learn” event (gifts for members ideas..)

1. Navigar presentation (Scheduled for Feb 13^th 2025)

2. OHS & Grievance info session (Timelines to submit etc.)

·   Few items remaining added in a tracker and shared with the exec.

There being no further business, Gervais motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mario.  The meeting was adjourned at 7h30 pm.
