INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. The meeting was called to order at 1630 hrs. This was a combined meeting with the Branch. Minutes from the last meeting were read and accepted by all.

2. OLD BUSINESS Nil
3. NEW BUSINESS a. Erika provided the treasurer’s report. b. Discussed upcoming AGM. Tamara Critch will be attending from the IT Exec. Date selected is Nov 18 at Union Street in Berwick. Erika will purchase gift cards for door prizes. c. Discussion about upcoming member retirements. We have one member retiring this year. Erika will purchase gift card. d. Discussion with the branch regarding our upcoming holiday party. Event will be held on 16 Dec at Dooleys in Greenwood. The IT and SH subgroups will purchase gift cards for door prizes, the Branch will purchase the food and the pool tournament prizes. |
