Following our previous update on pay equity, the Pay Equity Committee still has work to do. The Pay Equity Committee has reached an impasse and has requested assistance from the Office of the Pay Equity Commissioner (OPEC). Unfortunately, the OPEC is severely backlogged and has not met with the Pay Equity Committee. We will inform you once there is an update.
