We’re hoping to continue making progress on some of our key issues, and start making progress on others, specifically pay.
CFIA-VM members are professionals. We deserve fair pay increases given skyrocketing inflation. If the employer fails to offer us fair pay within a reasonable time frame, we have some different options for escalation, including strike action.
