We met with the employer on March 6 and 7, 2024, for our first individual S&A group bargaining session.
After finalizing the CFIA central bargaining team negotiation in December 2023, we exchanged group-specific proposals for the S&A group. We are hopeful for a productive round of negotiations and a swift resolution.
We understand the struggles in coping with the rise in the cost of living. We expect to be addressing pay in the next negotiation session scheduled for May 7 to 9, 2024.
