On March 3, 2023 your Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with the Employer to renew your Collective Agreement. Please find all the proposed amendments to the agreement attached for review.
This agreement must now be ratified by the CCC group membership. A vote will be held virtually in-person to ratify this agreement. All members in good standing will receive an invite by email to the ratification meeting being held virtually on March 20, from 12pm – 2pm. The Bargaining Team will review the tentative agreement and voting will happen after all discussion has taken place.

You will find all the agreed to changes below. It is important that you take the time to review everything prior to voting and prior to asking questions to the Bargaining Team.
A Yes vote means: You are accepting all of the changes proposed in the tentative agreement. Those changes will take place at the date of the signing which will be completed by March 31, 2023.
A No vote means: You reject the tentative agreement and instruct the CCC Bargaining Team to pursue further negotiations with the Employer.
The Bargaining Team unanimously recommends the acceptance of this tentative agreement.
