The bargaining team would like to announce that the tentative agreement has been approved and ratified by the membership. The FNHA has also informed PIPSC that they have ratified the tentative agreement as the employer.
Changes to the collective agreement will not come into effect until the agreement is signed by the employer and the union. We'll be keeping you up to date with details of these next steps, including when the employer will be processing the back pay for the contract.
