NOTICE OF MEETING
You are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the AFS Trois-Rivières Subgroup, which will take place on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., at Bistro l’Ancêtre, located at 603 rue des Ursulines à Trois-Rivières.
Dinner will consist of a fondue meal including all-you-can-eat beef, assorted vegetables, baked potato, and a choice of three sauces. Please advise us as soon as possible of any dietary restrictions.
Please note that the cost of the fondue meal will be covered by the Subgroup (within applicable limits). Members will be responsible for their own beverages and any extras.
Kindly confirm your attendance no later than January 22, 2026, by contacting Andréanne Roux at (Roux.andreanne@gmail.com) or in person with Caroline Lacombe or Éric Déry.
Jean Couillard, Regional Representative, will be in attendance to discuss several current topics, including telework, workforce reorganization, and negotiations for the next collective agreement.
NOTICE OF ELECTION
In accordance with the Subgroup By-Laws, please be advised that the position of PRESIDENT (currently held by Andréanne Roux) will be up for election. The position will be filled by election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
Nominations may be submitted in writing up to the 2025 AGM, or from the floor during the AGM. All nominations must be proposed by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing.
All written nominations must be forwarded to the Chief Returning Officer, Éric Déry, at the following email address: Deryeric1@cgocable.ca. Any member whose nomination has been submitted in writing and who expects to be absent from the 2025 Subgroup AGM must notify the Chief Returning Officer in writing.
