HOW TO RSVP: If you are a Regular PIPSC member in good standing, you are invited to RSVP via your personal email to pipscafssouthab@gmail.ca BEFORE April 5, 2026 (tickets and seats are limited).
MEETING OR EVENT INFORMATION – Buffet dinner and one complimentary drink ticket will be provided to each PIPSC AFS member who registers (tickets and seats are limited).

Elections will be held for the following positions:
1) Vice President (2-year term)
2) Treasurer (2-year term)
3) 3 Member at Large (2-year term)
Nominations for any of the positions listed above may be made in advance. Please obtain and submit your nomination form by emailing bradsedor@pipsc.ca. The Election C0-Chairs are Ryan Slimmon and Brad Sedor. Completed nomination forms must be received electronically BEFORE 4:00 pm April 2, 2026. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the voting period of the AGM.

Only PIPSC AFS members who are in good standing and who reside in the Calgary & Southern Alberta geographical area, including Red Deer, are eligible to personally attend this AGM. Members who register may vote for the positions listed below.
Registration is required only for each member who wishes to receive one complimentary drink ticket and a buffet dinner (tickets and seats are limited). Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you in due course.
Help us manage our funds and honour the registration you make. If your plans change, please be sure to advise the event organizers so we can cancel your registration and another member may attend.
