A buffet meal will be served on site (from 5:30 p.m. to approx. 6:30 p.m.). If you have any allergies, please let me know when you confirm by email no later than April 19, 2024. We will be lucky enough to have with us Jean Couillard, AFS regional representative for the Québec Region.

Executive positions whose terms have expired, and which must be filled at this meeting, are as follows:
President: 3-year term
Treasurer: 3-year term
