Our membership has grown significantly in the past year. Therefore, we are expanding the size of our
executive from three (3) to five (5) positions. The Secretary-Treasurer position will be split into two
positions. We are also adding a Member-at-large position.

- Adoption of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (December 2019)
- Business Arising from the Minutes
- Report of the President
- Annual Financial Report for 2020 and 2021

- Report of the Elections Committee/Election
Vacancies:
- Two year term: Vice-President, Treasurer
- One year term: Secretary, Member at Large (1)
- Nominations for the above positions will be accepted from the floor.
