			 Pascal Mondor presented Alexandre Martel with the performance expectations for PAREC, AU-03 and AU-04 and asked the union to review them. Pascal indicated that the expectations for the CS-02 would be the same as last year and that Martin Juneau should prepare the expectations for the CS-03. Alexandre Martel obtained last year’s expectations for the CS-02 expectations from the only employee on the floor in order to review them. There are no expectations prepared by management for AU-05, but the union is of the opinion that there should be. 
			Analysis of CS-02 performance expectations, year 2019-2020: 
			- In the preamble CS-02 Computer Investigations remove “conduct or assist ... in very complex cases” and replace with “conduct investigations ... or assist in complex cases”.
 
				- In item 1 remove “prepare work plans” and replace with “assist in the planning and conduct of investigations”.
