The Surrey-White Rock Branch is holding its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
When: Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM PT. The AGM will begin at 6:00 PM PT
Where: Officers’ Mess, RCMP HQ, 14200 Green Timbers Way, Surrey, B.C. V3T 6P3
Non-RCMP members must bring valid government-issued photo ID to access the building. Someone will be available at reception to assist you when you arrive.
We’re pleased to welcome Morgan Cranny, BC/Yukon Regional Director, and Rob Scott, IT Group President, as guest speakers.

This is a business meeting for Branch members only. Dinner is limited to the first 50 members who RSVP to attend in person. Members can also attend online.
Parking is available in front of the building. The parking lot is paid until 6:00 PM PT and is free after that.
Call for nominations and notice of elections
Four positions on the Branch Executive are up for election this year. Each position has a two-year term ending in 2028.
The positions currently up for election are:
- President
- Treasurer
- Two Members-at-Large
Under By-Law 7.3.7, after the election, the elected Branch Executive members will determine among themselves who will serve as President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer at their first executive meeting.

Proposed by-law amendment
The Branch Executive is recommending an amendment to By-Law 6.3, Term of Office, to introduce term limits for the Branch Executive.
