AFS IOTSO SUBGROUP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) NOTICE

Social:                  5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Meeting:              5:30 – 7:30

Dinner:                 Buffet style

Guest Speaker:           Ward Cluff – AFS Ontario Regional Representative

Please join us for the sub-group AGM at Mumbai Masala to see your colleagues, get some updates on status of affairs and enjoy a nice meal! Some door prizes will also be distributed for attendees.

Notice of Election:

An election will be held for AFS IOTSO Sub-Group Executive positions. The positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer as well as 4 Member-at-Large positions are open for two-year terms. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian/vegan, other) so we can plan your meal accordingly.
