Annual General Meeting

The National Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision-making body of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC).

Each year, elected delegates gather to vote on key resolutions, elect leadership, and shape the union’s direction for the year ahead.

Why the National AGM matters

From voting on union policies and finances to electing key leaders, every delegate plays a crucial role in our collective future. Whether you're attending in person or participating online, this is your space to be heard.

AGM Attendance Requirements

The National Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an invite-only event for delegates who meet specific eligibility criteria.

Eligible members will have received an email with a RSVP link.

Were you elected or appointed
as a delegate?

Only members chosen by their bargaining group or region are eligible to attend.

Is your membership active and in good standing?

You must hold an active membership to participate.

Have you received an official invitation?

Attendance requires an email invitation with an RSVP link.

Not sure if you’re eligible?

If you didn’t receive an invitation but believe you should have, contact your local representative or Member Services to confirm your eligibility.
