- 6:15 PM – 8:30 PM: Dinner and AGM (as needed)

Please note that this meeting is open to SP Lower Mainland BC Sub-Group members only. Attendance is limited to the first 30 members who RSVP. Dinner, drinks, and prize draws will be provided. And, the first $60 of your meal will be covered. Any amount over $60 is the member’s responsibility.
Call for Nominations – Notice of Elections
Please be advised that seven (7) executive positions for the SP Lower Mainland BC Sub-Group, each with two-year terms, will be up for election this year (ending in 2028). Roles and responsibilities can be found in the Sub-Group Constitution and By-Laws
Nominations may be:
- Submitted in advance by the self-nomination option in the AGM RSVP form via https://forms.gle/cB8nJWkFh1Af7MgE7
- Submitted in advance of the AGM by email to the Chair of the Elections Committee, Marianne Quat at mquat@pipsc.ca; or,
- Received during the AGM on September 15
