To all part-time SP members,

An equity analysis of the SP Group’s collective agreement identified part-time members as potentially experiencing work- and union-related issues differently from full-time members. As a result, the bargaining team is seeking to get feedback from members who work part-time.

Part-time employee means a person whose normal scheduled hours of work are less than thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours per week.  Full-time employees on progressive return to work from leave are not considered part-time.  

If you are a part-time employee, please complete this 5-minute survey so that we can understand any issues that may be specific to part-time employees.
