Dear AFS Members,
Our AFS Bargaining Team is at the table next week. To demonstrate our solidarity and strengthen our position at the bargaining table, we ask all AFS members to wear black on Wednesday, November 4, whether you are working in the office, attending meetings, or participating virtually.
Wearing black sends a clear message: AFS members stand united in support of fair wages, improved working conditions, and a collective agreement that reflects the value of our work. By wearing your black shirt, you show support for our bargaining team and demonstrate to CRA management that we are committed to achieving a fair deal.
AFS Bargaining Update Town Hall
You are invited to attend an AFS Bargaining Update Town Hall via Zoom. During this session, the bargaining team will discuss the CRA’s proposals and provide the latest updates from the bargaining table.
