Retired members are stepping up to support public servants during the Return-to-Office rollout.

The way work is done in public service has changed. Today’s professionals have already shown this. PIPSC members have delivered results under pressure, adapted quickly, and demonstrated that effective work can happen anywhere.

On Wednesday, April 29, we will be holding an information picket at Tunney’s Pasture during the morning commute (7:30–9:00 AM).

Volunteers will:

  • Greet members entering the workplace
  • Distribute campaign leaflets
  • Offer coffee and doughnuts
  • Encourage a quick action: emailing their Member of Parliament to support telework flexibility
Your experience as a retired member is incredibly valuable in these conversations. This is a great opportunity to support PIPSC members and help build momentum against the Return-to-Office mandate.
  • Date: Wednesday, April 29
  • Time: 7:30–9:00 AM (arrive at 7:15 AM)

Location: Tunney’s Pasture (Jeanne Mance Building 200 Eglantine Driveway, Ottawa, ON K1A 0K9)

If you’re interested in volunteering, please sign up here.

Note: Please note that participants’ mileage, parking, and other claims cannot be made to PIPSC for this event.
