You are invited to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the PIPSC Transport Canada NCR Branch.

The boardrooms are located downstairs beside the food court, with lunch options conveniently available immediately adjacent to the meeting rooms.
💻 In person or virtually via Microsoft Teams
Members attending in person are encouraged to arrive at 11:30 a.m. to check in, receive their lunch card and obtain their meal before the formal AGM begins promptly at noon.
The AGM is your opportunity to:
- Hear updates on Branch activities and priorities
- Review the Branch’s financial report and plans for the coming year
- Participate in discussions and decisions affecting members
- Take part in elections to the Branch Executive
- Help shape the Branch’s priorities for the year ahead
Elections and nominations
All positions (up to 11) on the TC NCR Branch Executive will be open for election at the AGM. Any member in good standing may be a candidate and may self-nominate.
If you are interested in getting more involved in your union, contributing ideas, helping organize activities, or representing the interests of members, we encourage you to consider putting your name forward.

Advance registration is encouraged to help us prepare for the election. Nominations may also be made at the AGM.
