The Retired Members Guild, NCR Chapter, is holding its Annual General Meeting.
Elections to the RMG NCR Chapter Executive will take place at the AGM.
When: November 19, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Where: Mandarin Restaurant, 290 West Hunt Club Road, Nepean, ON K2E 0B7

After the meeting, you will have the opportunity to chat with the members of the Guild Executive.

If you are interested in putting your name forward, please fill out the attached nomination form and return it to Marielle Nadon at mnadon@pipsc.ca by 12:00 noon (Ottawa time) Friday, November 13, 2025. Nomination forms may also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
The aims and objectives of the Guild and its Chapters are to further the interests of the retired members, to formulate and express the views of the retired members on matters affecting them, and to ensure that the interests of the Guild members are represented in all proceedings of their former employer and of the Institute that may affect them.
