Dear NR members,
I’m following up on the previous NR YPN announcement to share important information about the mentorship program that was missing. The NR National YPN Launch Event has been postponed to December 9, 2026 and will introduce the network, gather members’ input, and officially launch the mentorship program.
The NR National YPN focuses on career stage, not age, and welcomes employees early in their careers, those who have been part of the NR group for less than five years, and anyone interested in supporting the growth and development of emerging professionals.
The virtual event will introduce the network and its vision, provide an overview of the mentorship program and the roles and expectations of mentors and mentees, and invite members to share ideas for future YPN activities.
Please register your interest below. The confirmed event date and details will be shared once available.
As one of the network’s first initiatives, the mentorship program will help members build professional networks, learn from colleagues’ experiences, support career development, and share knowledge.
I am looking for both:
- Mentees: Members who are early in their careers or have been part of the NR group for less than five years.
- Mentors: Members willing to share their knowledge, experience, and perspectives to support colleagues. Mentors do not need to be managers; anyone with relevant experience and a willingness to help is encouraged to participate.
If you would like to participate as a mentor or mentee, please register by December 1, 2026.
