Hello everyone,
The Transport Canada NCR Branch is looking for members who are interested in becoming more involved and helping shape the future of our Branch.
Whether you have previous union experience or are simply looking for an opportunity to contribute, serving on the Executive is one of the most rewarding ways to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable personal and professional skills.

You won’t be starting from scratch
One of my priorities over the past several months has been to build a strong foundation for future Executive members. We have developed procedures manuals, governance documents, financial processes, templates, organized shared drives, and other resources designed to make the transition into an Executive role as straightforward as possible.
Our goal is to ensure that knowledge is documented and shared so that new volunteers can focus on contributing, rather than trying to figure out how everything works.
We need your help
Like many volunteer organizations, our Branch relies on members who are willing to step forward and contribute their time and ideas. To continue providing meaningful support and opportunities for our members, we need additional people who are interested in serving on the Executive.
You do not need to have all the answers. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute are far more important. Support, mentorship, and documentation are available to help you succeed.
