We are pleased to invite you to the Sub-Group's annual general meeting. If you want to learn more about negotiations, workforce restructuring, or the union's priorities for engineers in the federal government, this is the perfect event for you.

ELECTIONS
Please be advised that the Vice-President position will be filled through an election at the AGM. Nominations must be submitted in writing, using the Nominations Form (see below) by 5 p.m. on November 12th, 2025. To do so, please complete the following form and send it to our Elections Director, Nathaniel Cziranka-Crooks (nczicro@gmail.com)
Each nomination must be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who cannot make it to the AGM must advise the Elections Director in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.
